White Lily Farms started as a dream.  After decades spent in downtown Toronto's restaurant scene, and the success of our restaurant White Lily Diner, we started to wonder what was next.  We had become obsessed with the beautiful produce found in the city's farmer's markets, both for our restaurant and for our family and so in 2020 we set out with a mission to learn more about what producing high quality organic food looked like.

We found a beautiful property in rural Uxbridge, perfect for it's growing capabilities, and dove in.  We are entering our 4th growing season, increasing volumes year after year, growing in a no-till, intensive, biological driven system.

We provide high quality, nutrient dense produce for our restaurant as well as other like minded establishments downtown Toronto as well as a CSA style produce box distributed locally and through White Lily Diner.
